Our ethos

We are Liz Bowles & Mike Bray, and we have been farming at Hayne Oak Farm since 1997.

Hayne Oak is a small, family-run farm located just a short drive from Exeter in Devon. We have real local roots and support from the local community.

Liz is a professional agriculturalist, working off farm as Head of Farming at the Soil Association as well as bringing her technical livestock expertise from her career with ADAS and from her family's long history as farmers. 

Mike has retired from a career in the Probation Service and Training and is  now enjoying a quieter life in Devon!

We produce top quality Pedigree Shropshire sheep for  breeders and excellent rams for commercial lamb producers
