Eat local lamb


For us, it's really important to keep food miles low and support local businesses. We work with a renowned local abbatoir, which is less than twenty miles from the farm and upholds the highest welfare standards. 


To ensure none of our animals go to waste, we advocate nose to tail cookery. As well as the very best cuts of meat, our lamb boxes also contain some offal, which makes for exciting cooking!



Our lamb boxes typically contain:


Shoulder of lamb

Neck chops

Loin chops

Chump chops

Leg of lamb

Breast of lamb





We can also provide half legs and shoulders, rack of lamb, and mince.
