How to find us

Hayne Oak farm is located in Devon, just four miles from Junction 28 on the M5 (Cullompton). The farm is quite remote and public transport is limited, so most people choose to visit us by car. Our postcode is EX15 1PS. Some satnavs struggle to find us, so here are some directions for you to use when you visit.

Directions

Travelling North or South on the M5 Motorway, exit at Junction 28, and turn into Cullompton.

At the bottom of the slope, at the roundabout, take the first exit.

Pass the Tesco Supermarket on your left.

At the Traffic Lights, turn left onto Cullompton High Street.

Take the second right turn, just before the Manor House Hotel.

As you reach the end of the Speed Limit signs, take the road to the left, onto Knowle Lane.

At the road Fork bear right and continue past Sunnyburrow House until you reach the top of the hill.

Turn right opposite Halsewood Farm and continue for a quarter of a mile.

As you drop into a dip, with a large Green Barn on your left, our Lane entrance is immediately on your right, and signed.

From the motorway the drive is around 10 minutes - if in doubt, ring us as you arrive in Cullompton and we'll guide you to the farm.
